With over 25 years of executive HR leadership experience, I bring more than insight. I bring perspective shaped by sitting at the leadership table, managing real decisions, and navigating the same challenges my clients face.
I do not coach from theory. I coach from experience.

I bring a combination of executive HR leadership and coaching expertise to every client engagement.
Throughout my career, I have partnered with organizations across financial services, healthcare, and consulting, helping leaders navigate growth, change, and complex people challenges.
In senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of People and Culture and Vice President of Human Resources, I have led organizations through:
